What pro-Mitchell-Lama people know to be true is based on 43 years of history of a financially stable, well-maintained complex with maintenance increases that average below those of rent stabilized apartments. What the anti-Mitchell-Lama people want us to believe is that speculation is reality. But speculation, stated another way, is gambling. Only you can determine how much you can afford to gamble.
